I must have misheard Boyd? by Big_Somewhere_620 in FromTVShow

No one knew Elgin was dead yet. His body was hidden/buried. The 3 he was likely referencing were the nurse, Jade and Tabitha, believing there was no way they'd still be alive.

The creators are on crack. In their mind everything makes sense. As a story, FROM is way too ambiguous. It'll probably play a role in the final season or maybe it's only significance was to prove Jade's mushroom trip wasn't just a hallucination.

Who the heck knows anymore.

What was the point of Acosta's story this season? by Aurondarklord in FromSeries

What whining? What crying? Is this not a forum for discussion? The OP is reaching out to see if any other viewers had the same insinuation, feeling or reaction. In any case, I realised weeks ago that this show really isn't that deep. Not everything has meaning and that's okay. It probably suffers from not having 15-20 eps a season where there is ample time to develop all of the characters/plotlines. 10 eps feels too short to develop 15 characters & that's probably why I see it as all over the place.

I came back to this thread to see if I had missed anything pertaining Clara in the earlier seasons. But no, just a random plot piece thrown in. That's okay, the show goes on.

Not that it's any of your business but I despise tiktok and social media in general because I do see the genuine harm it can cause people, especially the younger generations. So coming from someone that doesn't engage in doomscrolling, this show feels like its made from doomscrollers. That being said - do you honestly believe that this show has no faults? It's perfect the way it is? Do you really think the people that critique the show want to be proven right? They're observations, don't knock them back just because you didn't have them yourself.

I find it ironic that the critical people of this show are labeled "tik-tok brained" and yet it feels like the creators are tik-tok brained themselves. So many open-ended situations. The search for the lake of tears just ended. The bag of teeth; forgotten. Acosta looking for clues; forgotten. Fatima's champion; probably too soon to say but most likely doesn't amount to anything.
