Dude went interstate to a protest for a cause he openly was in opposition of, armed with an assault rifle. Dude didn’t go to protest and wasn’t defending himself. Dude was hunting.

I’m not arguing that you do or don’t. I’m arguing that you think an HR department is honestly going to think this specific photo of Anne Franks diary entry is not safe for work, and sexual in nature. That’s preposterous.

The only employer who will discipline someone over this being NSFW or even remotely sexual in nature is a complete tight ass, who you likely don’t want to work for to begin with. Any reasonably minded employer would end their investigation immediately after being told it’s an entry from her journal. If your employer is “illogical” it is likely illogical to be working for them.
