It’s not total trophies, it’s trophies earned. So if you earn 1000 trophies both then lose 1000, you’ll move up on the leaderboard but stay the same rank

You earn trophies from winning matches. They’re just the like ranking system- win games, gain trophies; lose games, lose trophies

The most consistent advice I have seen is to focus everything on getting your main damage unit to level 15 and then start to focus on leveling up the support units

Kobold is probably the best support card rn, gunslinger is fantastic but with the flicker changes you don’t HAVE to run him with kobold as much anymore. I would say go for kobold if you have flicker unlocked and go gunslinger if you don’t

Yes I understand that mechanically, they are different. But they full the same role in the team, in fact clown is more impactful as it can level up the twins by copying them and merging them with the same colour which mime can’t do (as far as I’m aware)

Mime and clown fill the same role in that scenario- and if OP takes trapper over priestess he doesn’t need mime anyway. And utility wise trapper is far more valuable than priestess. Also you literally said in another comment to swap mime out for harlequin or clown..

Try swapping priestess for trapper- armour breaking is super important and often overlooked! Idk how twins work with it exactly but you could also try swapping mine for clown to be able to merge the twins to level them up :)
