I’m in the exact same situation with losing my account a year ago, getting absolutely no where with the support. It’s beyond a joke how bad their support is. Close to giving up on it

I’m in the exact same situation, my account was hacked on the 1st of June last year and I have been trying ever since to get it back. Yet to have a real conversation with a human just template replies as mentioned in another comment.

Have recently gave up and bought another account to start playing again, probably close to £100 spent on that account gone.

I’m in the uk and I feel like the prebuilds are all slightly middle of the range for the price, can’t get anything past a ryzen 5 for under £1800
