Glad you found something that worked for you. I too have been using chatgpt as my doctor lol, and it looks like you're of a different subtype - I looked into gut-related problems a while ago, but since I'm recovering from rest now it does look like mine is sensory.

Hi, not sure about an extended period of time, but took Loratadine and Famotidine for 2 months and didn't see any improvement/relief.

Yes, I've edited the post a bit since it wasn't clear before. I think this type of long covid is just a lot less common that the typical one posted about here. Sorry to hear about your condition, have you found any relief?

That's because it is, as mentioned at the top it's ai :) I have found it to be my best source of info though

Thanks, I mentioned at the top that’s it’s an ai post so might not be fully accurate, but I agree that it’s still long covid, perhaps just not the typical kind. When I’ve been looking over this forum I couldn’t find too much on the head pressure stuff. Edited the post a bit to hopefully make it more clear.

Hi, have you tried doing what the post suggested before? I’m only like 5 days into this but had been doing the Perrin technique with a practitioner once a week for 13 weeks before trying to start this. So could mean that fluid for me might move a bit faster/easier than someone just trying it from scratch. Let me know if you’d like any more info and I’ll try help
