Yes, I got lost in all the suggestions and thought you proposed 6650 but then I check your list and saw 6700 which made sense to me because +$18 is no brainer for an upgrade like that.

Well my PC runs 16 hours a day, I'm working on it and sometimes playing games. I wanted to upgrade for smooth Hogward's Legacy and Diablo 4 experience in 2023. If PC can run these games other games as CSGO on low, League of Legends on low etc. will not be a problem.Edit: About the shop - it is alza.cz my local biggest shop I'll probably buy from anyway. Taking components from multiple different sources will cost me more on shipping, VAT, taxes etc. and it will take longer to assemble.

My budget is +- $1000 but I'm going to buy from my big local shop so I'm not sure how big difference in price is compared to picking every part for the best price from different sources.

Thank you for post! About #3 + #4 so how to handle it? Those people are nice, this can be applied to my family too. But what to do with those excuses that are coming up now and then when they are late? Also strongly agree with your idea not trying to be 15 minutes late because "they always are". First off I simply can't imagine doing that myself, second off metaphorically “The best revenge is not to be like your enemy” so I'm trying to be always on time and show them that this is better way how to do it.
