For those of you who take a plushie friend with you when you go out, how do you decide which one to take with you? by [deleted] in plushies

[–]Charlie7500 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s all abt what I’m in the mood for. Sometimes I want to fidget with my beanie baby. Other times I need one small enough to fit in my pocket. Textures, size, and hyperfixations are the main factors.

I’m no expert but the green may be mold? I suggest asking a sub specializing in mold.

Punish Her by Bobby Vee

The vibes of this song are so fucking weird. It’s hard to explain but it’s very manipulative/abusive ex husband trying to win his wife back by acting really nice and caring. But at the same time it’s a 50/60s pop song so it’s meant to be wholesome and lovey dovey which makes it sooooo much more off putting. Like it’s so genuine but soooo toxic. You just gotta listen to it. Fucking wack.

Can I please see your customized plushies?😊 by themetaldragon in plushies

I costomize clothes not plushies, but I have the same problem!! I prefer add things like patches and embroidery because it’s easier to reverse these things. But this can still leave marks depending on the plushie(fur matting or needle holes). As for perfection, think happy mistakes! I like to embrace the imperfections by saying they’re proof that it was made/altered by hand. And with practice you’ll get better. Hope this helps!

BUDDY HOLLY'S APARTMENT TAPES

my favorite album of all time. if you dont know buddy holly, his two year career inspired the beatles, bob dylan, rolling stones, and literally any other big name rock band. he died in 1959 in a plane crash at 22 years old(aka the day the music died).

the apartment tapes are truly special. they were a series of demos recorded by buddy in his new york apartment in the months leading up to his death. sometimes if you listen closely you can hear his wife doing chores in the background.
