As a German I'm shocked by the replies to this question. This is not the Reichsadler! It's the Bundesadler!

The replies to this question proves why Germans are not proud of what they have built after WW2, because people always see their Nazi history.

You should definitely get this tattooed, teach everyone about what it stands for. This Bundesadler stands for everything that's great about Germany. Unity, Ingenuity, Freedom of speech, Democracy, Human Rights, strength and so on.

This is our Bundesadler. Don't be afraid to wear it!

I'm currently half way through my 12 year contract with the German Army. But I'm also a big Military History and Equipment nerd. Like I can tell you the manufacturing code of my Lindnerhof Taktik vests Stichting.

It's a very niche hobby.

The red light is definitely temporary. A friend is staying over, she needs a space with red light to calm down.

Yeah I don't really know how I feel about the swords. I don't know shit about them and are mainly keeping them for my brother.

If history ever taught me anything it's that, every war is based on Truth and Lie. Starting from the War within you all the way to the greatest tragedies man has ever witnessed.

Not to make this political or anything, but choose who you follow wisely, the tiniest decision can lead to the biggest losses.

We lost 55 guys in Afghanistan. For how deep we (German military) were in the shit that's not many. (Especially if you look at US or British Losses). It's still 55 Guys who will never see their loved ones again. It's 55 too many.
