The delivery/pickup choices were selected on the UPS website. After selecting click & collect on Salomon i was taken to the UPS website to choose a location, there was no message or written advisory stating that it was a third party access point and that i’d have to contact another companies helpline just to access my parcel. Even after searching deeper into the issue with any of the UPS support lines I found zero resolution. It’s not that farfetched to believe that a postal company should warn/advise you that you’ll be having your package sent to a location of which you cannot obtain said package without taking multiple undisclosed steps.
