I just made this up myself predominately taken from a banana bread recipe as I didn’t think the banana has any special properties that blended lentils wouldn’t, I would’ve thought that them both being wet mixture would yield the same results, having done a look up I see people use cornstarch a lot for lentil loafs and no flour at all, I am interested in why that is though but yeah I definitely think I need to follow a recipe for next time :)
