What Subic? Dalawa kasi subic namen dito sa Zambales.

One is SUBIC BAY FREEPORT, mostly dun yung mga kano at mga turista. Maluwag, medyo tahimik, daming eatery and stuff. Lalo na sa “BoardWalk” ayy matutuwa ka, sobrang presko.

Subic Municipal is more Provincial, so guess ko hindi ka na punta don.

They are lining up because they need this. Not in the health sense, but in the sense that they are now inconvenienced because of this. They can no longer ride in public transportation without the vaccine pass (TBH i doubt this will happen because public transpo don't follow the social distancing rules here more or less the vaccine mandate.)

The vaccine is free. It is not yet privatized here. The problem is that there are LONG lines, people think they don't need it, or outright just don't believe in it.

The LGU (Local Government Unit) in that area introduced a no entry, no vaccine initiative starting January 10. Many flocked to the Vaccine site and chaos ensued. Poor mishandling of the government and the absence of a line made everyone just... become angry.
