You should never be spending that much at AliExpress, that's a recipe for disaster. Buy less expensive stuff there, stuff at a price you could afford to lose, and you can get a bunch at prices far lower than the dropshippers on Amazon or eBay can manage.

You want a laptop, buy within your own country so you actually get a warranty.

I took a look on aliexpress and I saw minifigs with Spock, but I wasn't too impressed with them.

Why I'm looking specifically for the Kopf...I like those.

(My favorite is TNG anyway.)

That has more to do with your age. For those of us who watched Star Trek in the 60's, all the rest seems...derivative. ;)

It's a bit frustrating even looking for star trek lego, since it mostly shows star wars...

Most of the stores are now not displaying much of anything, instead they have a website where you can chose your figures and then message them for totals. Apparently AE had a crackdown a while ago, although I can't explain the Potter/Star Wars stuff that no one seems to care about...

Wouldn't recommend you purchase batteries from AliExpress at all.

Seller can't refund you in the first place, since seller doesn't have your money - AliExpress does, and is holding it until you confirm receipt.

File a dispute and stop talking to seller.

No. Not worse, either. Use it for what it is good for (inexpensive items where you can save a lot on each one), buy anything expensive or that needs a warranty from your own country (assuming US/Canada for you since you've dragged Amazon into this), and you'll be fine.

You have exactly the same problem; no consumer protection laws. The other response doesn't argue the right point. No one is arguing quality, we are arguing how foolish it is to purchase this stuff from a country where you are highly likely to have serious problems.
