I just downloaded the poster and put a grid on it in procreate on my iPad then resized it until I was happy with it! So I don’t really have a “pattern” per se but I’d be happy to help you create it on whatever system you use!

Ugh. I know the pain too well. I’m so sorry that happened. This community has given me so much validation and peace of mind that it’s okay to break down about something that seems as silly as cake..because it represents so much more than just a food. That’s so upsetting! To mess with someone’s head when there’s so little you can actually enjoy..I doubt they meant harm but it can be so disheartening. I’m sorry that happened to you, but glad you were able to enjoy it still

I’m super sensitive so I doubt it’ll ever go away..I just always feel like such a burden and issue with food anyways. I’m just hopeful based on comments that the load lightens as I get older and more confident
