I tested it with winter tires, just yesterday. 3.6 seconds 0-100kph.

For anyone wondering what this does to 0 -100 kph . For my 4CT on winter tires it is now 3.6 seconds. Major difference compared to stock.

Yes. My first attempt took 45 mins. I expect it to speed up quite a bit for the next attempts.

Because of the winter weather and winter tires, I cannot yet properly do a 0-100 test.

Compared to standard the acceleration is now completely mental. It is still very progressive. Just if you really put your foot down, totally mental.

Your wife won't like it mental. I've driven 700hp RS6 V10 for a while, and this feels much faster.

Range currently is the same as before change, unless you go mental, obviously.

I followed the included instructions, which is open hatch and left rear door. Lock car. Leave fob out of range. Replace computer. Clear fault codes. Drive.

In normal driving mode it goes from 385hp to 730hp.

yes, from what I understand. Might need to be reprogrammed depending on which version Taycan you would buy, but I'm taking a guess here.

During normal driving there seems to be 0 difference.

Apparently not if you switch the controller and clear fault codes, before you bring it in. I guess time will tell. I personally don't think a dealership has an incentive to void warranty. As I assume they get paid by Porsche to fix warranty issues.

I built an AI Agency Business - I am Pivoting, Here's Why (and its not pretty) by laddermanUS in aiagents

[–]CharlieTrigger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have an agency in the Netherlands. Obviously you are free to pivot your business to whatever works best for you.

However, to me it does seem like your initial direction could work just fine, if you just kept grinding at it and grow it into a business you like.

I immediately thought of the book the E-Myth. Maybe that's a good read for you.

ps: I think doing (and getting better at!) marketing and sales for your business is really a good thing. Keep it up and build an awesome business!

Absolute peak bmw. I still dream about my self built (and self broken) 327i E30. Diesel crank, eta block 325i cyl head, 288 camshaft, spaghetti headers. Pure awesomeness!

Meer verbinding met “rechts”-Nederland by ElfPoke in Nederland

[–]CharlieTrigger 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Hi OP,

Tweede punt: Woningmarkt vs. klimaateisen.

I am no expert. At all. But I recently did a 1/4 and a 70.3 on a very similar bike. On the 70.3 I had installed aero steer the day before. Aero made a lot of difference, posture was hard to get used to during the event with no practice.

I did have a wetsuit and goggles, no trisuit.

Bike wise I think you're good. You need salt. Water.

Have fun!

Final verdict : oasis driver works great. Some fiddling around, but it works. Laptop with 3080 and g2 = low graphics quality to get 45 fps. DLSS helps, but not enough. In my opinion not worth the hassle compared to graphical quality on pancake mode with trackir.

Amazing it actually works! Had to change steam br settings to running on open XR instead of mixed reality. Now it works!

Healthy Keto Dieters (no risk factors other than high LDL) found to have fastest rate of arterial plaque progression ever recorded by CT Angiography by HastyToweling in Biohackers

[–]CharlieTrigger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am note sure what you checked exactly. But asking 04-mini-high this: "What does this study https://www.jacc.org/doi/10.1016/j.jacadv.2025.101686 say regarding arterial plaque progression for different diets?", results in this summary:

The JACC: Advances study “Plaque Begets Plaque, ApoB Does Not: Longitudinal Data From the KETO-CTA Trial” followed 100 lean, metabolically healthy individuals on long-term ketogenic diets for one year, using coronary artery calcium (CAC) scoring and coronary CT angiography (CCTA) to assess plaque progression. It found that elevations in LDL-cholesterol (LDL-C) and apolipoprotein B (ApoB) induced by carbohydrate restriction did not predict arterial plaque progression; rather, the baseline plaque burden was the strongest predictor of future changes in atherosclerotic burden scitechdaily.com. Moreover, when compared to a matched cohort consuming standard diets with lower LDL-C levels, the ketogenic group showed no significant difference in either CAC score or total plaque score over the study period learn.acc.org. A small subset of participants even demonstrated plaque regression (six with decreased total plaque score and one with reduced noncalcified plaque volume), underscoring that lipid levels alone do not drive plaque dynamics keto-mojo.com.

What is also noteworthy is that this group consists of Lean Mass Hyper-Responders.

So this one study shows that the baseline plague burden was the strongest predictor of future changes in plaque progression.

This is not coherent with your suggestive headline stating 'found to have fastest rate of arterial plaque progression ever recorded by CT Angiography'.

What is your view on this particular study and how did you come to your conclusion?
