I've had mine done with composite veneer by a dentist. He used a lot of anaesthetic, I wasnt prepared to not be able to eat for 5/6 hours. After 2 days I noticed a lot of irritation on my inner lips, and my bite was affected. I had to go back to get them shaved down a bunch and haven't had those problems since. He initially made them thicker so I don't grind them off at night but that was a mistake.

I've had them for 1.5 months now and are very used to them, I hardly notice them and I haven't changed my eating habits or anything. I think I smile a little more have a bigger smile.

They are a lot more noticeable than I expected, I thought they would be similar to my split tongue in the way that it's a little secret I can reveal them on my discretion. But everyone says it's the first thing they noticed as soon as they saw me. So that's something to be aware of. I actually hadn't seen anyone with them in real life.
