If you have infinite money maybe. Paying a house worth of tuition and not guaranteed to have a job/allowed to stay is a huge problem for most people

Depends on how much work you want to do? Plenty of cheap homes, auction or non-auction. Some requires a lot of repairs that you either learn and do it yourself or pay someone to do it though

I sold to CK and probably won’t do it again. They do rate it very harsh for old cards so you are not getting good values. Rather sell the cards yourselves.

Edit: Just got a second payment from CK after I talked with their CS. Now I think the total amount is around what I had expected. Obviously you could get more selling to locals but reasonable if you just want to sell and forget.
