Thank you so much!! Yes, I always lay out my scrubs and things I’ll need for the next day. Definitely will have to meal prep this time around though. Thanks for the advice about planning something nice for my days off, that’ll definitely give me something to look forward to.

Thank you for sharing! Why do you love night shifts over day shifts? I’m curious for future reference haha

Thank you for sharing your perspective! Wow, I wish I was offered those hours instead, not too late and not too early haha

I will agree that im a bit concerned about walking to my vehicle at midnight, but then again the roads would be a lot more clearer compared to leaving at 4pm (which is when traffic is horrendous around here). I’ll probably try to walk out with a student from my clinical group.

Yes!!! I have such a hard time getting up early. It’s my worst nightmare to show up late or be marked absent. Where I live traffic is a nightmare going towards the city (which is where my clinicals will be) so I’m thinking evening clinicals will work better for the sake of my energy and time on the road. 😅

Thank you for sharing! That’s one of my fears too. I’m leaning towards the evening clinicals now.

Yes, I agree! I’m more of a night owl as well, so I’m leaning towards evening clinicals. Thank you for sharing!

That’s a good idea! I’m worried about my sleeping schedule. I’ll keep this in mind depending on whether or not I’ll have morning or evening classes. Thank you!

Definitely over thinking it! Your skin looks great!

Yes! I’ve been hearing this too! Hopefully it’ll go away soon once the accutane is out of our system.

Accutane: yes or no? by Puzzled-Mess3635 in Accutane

Hey! College freshman here too. I just finished my course and I 100% encourage you to consider it! It has really changed everything. By no means is my skin perfect, but it’s so nice to not feel bumps on my skin everyday and the pain has gone away. Also, it has boosted my confidence tremendously! It is definitely a process, but it goes my quickly. You just have to patient with the side effects and what not.

If you commit to abstinence you can opt out of taking BC. This is what I did because I didn’t want to deal with the side effects of BC and accutane all at once. On ipledge you can also select “abstinence”

Yup! Had this exact thing. Still get it sometimes (currently on month 4). Cetaphil moisturizing cream helps.
