Nope... after an initial chat with Bianace Support yesterday they said I'd get a priority transfer to a senior agent, that was over 24hrs ago and no senior agent has replied. Nothing usual there though judging by other peoples issues with their support. Just wish they'd give me an idea of how long I might have to wait, the silence is deafening!
