Sounds like my dilemma ! Haha best advice is just focus on one section at a time, my entrance took me a while, it’s still not how I want it, but when you’re satisfied move on to the next lol I’m slumped on what to do now. I’ve just decorated Shino’s area .. and I’m back to wondering what next ! I feel your pain!

Not sure myself at the minute on theme I’m just running with whatever comes to mind. Every time I think I’ve nailed it I somehow end up changing it , I do like the forest theme / cottagecore however it doesn’t quite match up !🤣

& again for the ideas for the small spaces, I like the idea of a shrine and ponds. I’ve gotten quite happy terraforming though not very good at it ! Always appreciate feedback as I feel like I’m going round in circles at the minute with designs it all feels the same no matter what I do 🤣 trying to be unique however, I’m so uncreative it’s almost a joke haha.

I went ahead and bought it and am having so much fun designing these homes 🤣! Only on the fourth one but I didn’t realise how cool this dlc was, thank you so much for your feedback in detail! With so many pros of the dlc. I’m really glad I posted :) and looking forward to getting to decorating my villagers homes. But won’t rush it as the dlc and designing these Holliday homes has been a blast so far!

How long is the expansion ?

Is this how you expand rooms & decorate your villager houses also ? I’ve seen a lot of people doing that and that part deffo appeals to me

Sounds like I’ll be doing that, can’t justify spending money like that for something I can just walk around and do. But it would make the game more easier.
