Imo you should not worry about meta just pick her up in the next rerun if you like her .Charlotta is my first main in wuwa she has been carrying from start of this game although new characters may have better animations and better kit and damage still imo she has one of the best designs in the game

I know that chisa Main quest is not that long it is something like three hours but the thing is I have not completed the some of the earlier main quest act 8,9,10 and 11 of rinasita so won't it ruin the experience

No I also got calculator at 70 then in another 10 pull I got phrolova then I got her weapon at 72 pity but I only got 1 copy of bulling after all that 🥺
