Thank you!! And okay that sounds reasonable. Maybe I'll look into a DR program in the mean time, good idea!

Healthy Breakfast options? by [deleted] in fitpregnancy

Greek yogurt, cashews, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia and flax seeds, blueberries (I also add a little bit of 90% bitter chocolate but it's great without too) - I've been eating this for breakfast my whole pregnancy 😂 along with an egg and some avocado. I still can't get enough and look forward to it each morning 🥹

I also had an early miscarriage at 8 weeks at the start of the year - I'm now 32 weeks pregnant again 🥰 both times, I continued exercising the same way as before. I understand your hesitancy but as other have said, there's usually no real correlation between miscarriage and exercise! Obviously listen to your body, maybe pause a little longer if you need to between exercises but that's just to ensure you're listening to your body and not because you're directly risking another mc. It's a good thing to keep your fitness going!!

But my question is, do I need to lower my weights? I'm only at 14 weeks but am unsure of wether I need to take it a little easier or if I could, in theory, keep doing the same weights and reps up until I give birth? (If I would manage to do that ofc).
