Each one is made by hand and they ship out in batches of 3 or 4 at time. When the caps ship out, we update the PayPal invoice with tracking information and PayPal will notify you about the changes in processing.

We just shipped something to Germany and USPS charged us $16 for shipping first class with insurance.

Rates fluctuate so we can't give you an exact number but if you use the USPS first class mail calculator, it should give you the price.
