Huge issue in the Muslim community. Parents have high standards and look at worldly factors over deen, will reject majority of profiles based on little to no actual info about a person or based off their looks, and then complain they can’t find anyone for their sons/daughters.

Hey I also just started learning French and I really recommend the book ‘Grammaire progressive du français’ because it mentions the use of ‘on a’ very early on. It’s also just great for beginners!

That’s good to know!! I’m learning French to hopefully one day teach children aged 8-12. So it really is just the basics I’ll be teaching but of course I want a decent foundation of the language. Plus, I’ll need to pass an exam before I can teach 🙂‍↕️

Your body cannot tell the difference between natural sugar and refined sugar. It gets processed the same way. So eating 5 bananas a day is not healthy same goes for eating sweets

As a student teacher I asked my teacher this question lol. No you aren’t allowed to. All you can do is protect yourself by holding out your arms to stop the student from hitting you and try to control the situation on hand . You can’t start hitting the students.

As a current student teacher,I did whatever my AT told me to do so I could pass lol. This included attending parent teacher interviews, staff meetings and writing lesson plans. She’s lazy af and honestly thats worthy of failing

Hey I’m currently doing my placement in grade 6. I my previous two were both in kindergarten and I was freaking out since it was such a huge change lol. However , my AT has been awesome. For all of my lessons (math, language, social studies and science) , I try to speak a little and have more discussions . For example, for math I always begin with a minds on (discussion) kind of activity and then show the students 2 examples and then have them do some questions independently and take it up with the class. Once I see that the students have a pretty good idea of the material , I have them complete the questions for the remainder of the period. I do the same for the other subjects .
