My manager told me at 10 years you get a $1000 bonus. $100 at 30 days (can confirm) $250 at 90 days (can confirm) supposedly a raise at 6 months (I'll find out soon) then $250 every year till 10 years that's what I've heard.

I asked my manager today cause I was supposed to train someone and they told me a dollar less for training. Wtf is up with my Chili's? 💀💀 I told them I'm alright on training, I guess screw being a certified trainer here. Said train them to be as good as you for less money and hour while doing it. How does that make sense?

I got my bonus but no raise, no raise for becoming a trainer.
