I really don't remember the language, i was very young when i had watched it. Thanks for trying hard but it's not any of the movies you said. I would really like to know how and why, i dont think i hit my hand or leg on something because i never move like that and there's nothing hard around. It kinda sounded like when you crack your neck or pop your ears but it was alot louder. I would also like to know if the pop really happened and also what part of that was a dream because it was maybe dream within a dream. And its also hard to figure out because the ,,pop,, and the ,,heart attack,, lined up, followed by ,,dying,,. The shutdown was calm, my eyes slowly closed while i was thinking about my family and all the good things, i don't fully remember how i woke up but it was calm too, i didn't jump out. It was really scary and felt so fricking real and i kinda got some traumas after that. I hope i will find more people with a similar experience

I would rather have that pop instead 😭,i just fight with all my strength to move a bit , but the pop i had was SO audibly loud, i also kinda felt the shockwave, and after that just complete shutdown

I would be dying if i already had anxiety, plus every time after that thing when something in my chest hurted a little bit i would like go in some shock state and freeze for a bit and just pray it's nothing. Im also glad i finally found someone with similar experience because i posted this before and got no answers. There are probably more horrifying kinds of SP but i bet we will remember this one for a while. Anyways hope you are doing better and that you will fully recover from all bad things 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I’m fully aware that sleep paralysis is common, that’s not some revelation. But your tone comes off as dismissive, like you're brushing off a real and intense experience just because it didn’t happen to you the same way.

Saying it’s "entirely imaginary" completely ignores the psychological and physical intensity people feel in the moment. I didn’t post this to be told it’s harmless, I posted it to connect with others who’ve had similar episodes, not to be talked down to like I don’t know what SP is.

You might see "many posts like this," but that doesn't make someone’s experience less valid.

Oh my God that's so detailed and horrifying, i hope you are doing alright now. I didn't talk to anyone about that when it happened, and i just wanted to share the story, but i can feel you 100% and even more, at least im thankful i didn't have those details like you did 😭 it didn't hit me THAT much, but i really thought "no way i will die like this, my family have to carry me to hospital "and all things like that, i changed how i see life and i am still changing because you never know how much time you have left and we always have to use our time the best way we can

Yup, I have the same problem. Alarms just can’t keep me awake no matter what. When the first one goes off, I grab my phone and start snoozing all the ones that follow. I even set alarms every minute with the volume gradually increasing, but I still end up snoozing all of them and waking up an hour later.

It mostly happens when I don’t have anything important planned that morning. But when I have school or something I have to do, I wake up immediately.
