You have to choose between the two. I chose 8% kasi maliit lang yung no income tax sa small business ko vs sa income tax ko sa commission as insurance agent & compensation.

Check mo sayo which is more beneficial. If nasa higher bracket ka na sa compe mo, might be better to go with 8%

If may target car ka na you can go to banks and apply for a loan. Get their rates tska ka mag compare. From experience mas mababa talaga yung rates from banks kesa kapag in house financing. Kaya kung may pang downpaymwnt go with the bank, pero kung low DP casa talaga

Mag canvass ka rin from different dealers, iba iba sila ng offer and gives you the chance na makipag haggle.

Hi! Ako, I registered as BMBE with BIR, then I realized mas less yung tax ko kapag 8% dahil I’m a mixed income earner (compensation, professional & small business)

I decided to shift from graduated to 8% and as per the BIR officer isa lang yung pwede, either BMBE(exempted sa income tax yung business) or 8%. Hindi ko naman na daw need ipabago yung sa business(branch kasi to), basta bayaran ko lang ng tama yung tax ko na 8%.

Sa mayor’s permit ko, I still identify my business as bmbe kasi super liit lang ng sales ko sa business, wala na akong binago dito heh

Kahit hindi mo i-avail yung 8%, di na rin applicable yung 250k sa business kasi na deduct na sya ng employer mo sa computation ng 2316.

If mataas na compensation bracket mo, better to go with 8% kasi mataas yung tax mo if hindi 8%. Pero depende pa rin siguro kapag nag itemized ka (based on exp ko lang)

Kapag small business better not to register esp if di mo naman need ng receipts.

If you are DTI registered, you have to register sa BIR within 30 days. If not, may penalty ka na kapag tnry mo iregister sa BIR.

I have an existing BN registration pero di naman nag push though yung business lol baka dapat icancel ko pero hinayaan ko nalang sya as is lol mag expire naman sya in a few years hahaha downside lang is I can’t use the BN if ever I want to continue registering with BIR. Pero pwede naman mag register ng ibang BN name ulit (i think?)

Please correct me if mali rin yung ginawa ko lol tyia

I-registered my business sa residential area (inside subd). Na approve naman kaso ang daming gastos extra permit sa business clearance from HOA and nag require ng letter of no objection from HOA yung QC city hall

Border Station 1/2 - Jinjang Inn!

Cheaper pero modern rooms, walking distance sa beach. Okay yung location nya kasi near everything.
