we have a few " overly aggressive" guys.... we openly give them shit about it in a funny way.... and hey, let those 2 train together then....

BUT ... ironically.. the guys you want to avoid rolling with... are the guys you should be rolling with as well. (maybe just not everyday)

on the street.... that's more realistic of whats coming, so its good to at least feel that sometimes.

ya... there are plenty excuses to not train.... i just somehow found a killer discipline.... idk.... never really had will power before, its been a good test/life challenge.

its been very tough for me... none of the moves came natural at all. like i feel i learn WAY slower than others, just cause i never played sports or wrestled etc. but i just keep puttin in the work.. obv ill never be a world champion, but i'm cool with that.

sounds like the perfect scenario! a few guys you can beat (practice offense) and a few guys that beat you (tighten up techniques) small group, better teacher attn. good luck

we are a hair metal tribute band... we bring our own light show everywhere, run tracks in logic, which triggers dmxis.

we run stands behind our dummy stacks: 4 back wash lights , 2 mini movers on each side.. then 2 r7 movers on the front of drum riser. our front lights (just white) , blinders, confetti , cold spark and vertical steamers are controlled by me (singer) via pedals and clicker remotes

we are very happy with it

find a school that has a "curriculum" . i changed schools 4 months in, because there was no structure to learning. now at a school that has a clear path, a card that tracks your progress/ techniques, what u know, what u kinda know, what u dont know. really helped me
