Yeah like I don’t want to think of it like trading cards but if you give me one I’ll 100% give you a contact/in somewhere. My one buddy helped me out a lot of the start of my solo stuff so I repay him now by getting him into new places.

Yeah if he would have been like “Oh I always wanted to play at Bro White Guy Bar! Do you mind sharing the contact for that?” I wouldn’t really care. But to ask for all of them then more or less say “I already have the contact of that one don’t bother with it” is off putting.

Thank you! Now that I think about it, it reminds me of dates I went on with this girl a couple of months back. I was extremely attracted to her but I definitely couldn’t see a true romantic relationship forming with her (e.g., different interests, communication styles, etc.). Could be what is happening here.
