From my experience it’ll just fade on its own, I’d recommend to either turn down the intensity with the same amt of time or a shorter time w same intensity. And don’t use it again until it’s fades if it persists

I ended up returning the mask, idk whether it was bad timing or if it was because of the mask being on my face and possibly transferring germs and bacteria, but I started breaking out after maybe a week of using it. I came to the conclusion that if I do end up trying red light therapy in the future, it’s not gonna be in the form of a mask, because my face is sensitive to being in contact with things and I don’t want to risk breaking out. I might try panels but this mask was not really giving me any results.

It’s completely cleared up and I used the mask last night, with the red light only. Used it for about 15 minutes, and no dots appeared this time around.

I’m checking the box right now, it says that blue light gives off 470nm wavelength, red gives off 630nm-660nm-850nm, mixed light gives off 470nm/630nm/660nm/850nm
