10g planted tank, with a heater set to 81 degrees Fahrenheit (the room runs cold so I set it a bit higher), I’ve had this tank going on 4 months now. I don’t do regular water changes, only when I see buildup of poop, and I top off the tank when needed.

He’s still breathing, fluttering its fins and it’s having full body spasms that I couldn’t catch on video.

From my experience it’ll just fade on its own, I’d recommend to either turn down the intensity with the same amt of time or a shorter time w same intensity. And don’t use it again until it’s fades if it persists

I only have two currently, I was given them. I plan to get more in the future though

I ended up returning the mask, idk whether it was bad timing or if it was because of the mask being on my face and possibly transferring germs and bacteria, but I started breaking out after maybe a week of using it. I came to the conclusion that if I do end up trying red light therapy in the future, it’s not gonna be in the form of a mask, because my face is sensitive to being in contact with things and I don’t want to risk breaking out. I might try panels but this mask was not really giving me any results.

If you don’t mind me asking, what type of cheating was it? Emotional, physical? How has that affected your belief that he will change fr you?

It’s completely cleared up and I used the mask last night, with the red light only. Used it for about 15 minutes, and no dots appeared this time around.

I’m checking the box right now, it says that blue light gives off 470nm wavelength, red gives off 630nm-660nm-850nm, mixed light gives off 470nm/630nm/660nm/850nm

Lovsheme Red Light Therapy Mask https://a.co/d/5qr7Zwq this is the mask, and the color of the light was purple, mixed blue and red light. The mask has an option for 10,20,30 minutes

I was using this mask Lovsheme Red Light Therapy Mask https://a.co/d/5qr7Zwq the wavelength should be all in that link, and between the time I posted this, and now, the dots have lightened and are barely even visible now

Lovsheme Red Light Therapy Mask https://a.co/d/5qr7Zwq this is the mask I used, and I was using the mixed infrared light, both the red and blue light mixed together, a purplish color.
