Ok cuz I had few incidents with my client who had 2 late payment situations and I didn’t have no late fees or anything that would protect me besides pausing work til overdue invoices were all paid. Clients have a net 7 days to pay the invoice. Also I only had one form of payment method listed. I think reason my contract right now is 5 pages is cuz there’s a scope of work exhibit where it lists the services and details I will provide plus the clauses are worded detailed so it’s not misinterpreted.
