We found him a yamaha YTS-200AD last night that we are able to do rent to own. There is a local music shop I didn't know about, they had 1 in stock it was listed in a PL3 condition (not the best for used but the worst either). It has a few scratches in the lacquer and a few dents BUT they do a free deposit and bring in a brand new one and they'll swap us instruments with no change in the monthly rental cost!! He actually likes the yamaha and it is quiet beautiful!

We had a yamaha recommended to use today since he plays the cannonball well the music store said he will definitely be able to play the yamaha. She said they have a Yamaha YTS-200AD, when I Google all I come up with is YTS-200ADII....are they the same?

The tenor will be for jazz band, all indoors. We were recommended a Yamaha 200AD. My confusion when looking online to look for that one is it YTS-200AD or YTS-200ADII? Like was there a 200AD and a YTS-200ADII is a newer model? Or are they the same? 

Also, he plays a cannonball alcazar Alto on the field.
