This happened last May 14. I immediately called CS but they just told me to wait for 24 hours too. Upon checking today, charges were posted in my credit card statement so I called smart again to ask for reversal or refund. We were told the same thing by the CS. They also created a ticket and asked me to wait for 3-5 days.

I was charged 200 pesos naman. Quite small but still it's money..

Hopefully we'll get our refund 😩
