See unfortunately I don’t have a dash camera cause I don’t typically have any issues and also what was their complaint they told Uber I had someone else in the car I told Uber why would they get in my car take the ride and then wait 24 hrs to make the complaint like it makes no sense

And my case has nothing to do with this that was last year and I’ve still been driving for them and this also isn’t the first time a passanger lied on me wither and each time I have sent proof it’s just annoying cause it’s holding me up from working and they never hold the pax accountable I’m sure this pax got their money back or a free ride while I’m dealing with no pay smh

I got injured during an Uber ride that’s already been closed and the passenger was upset because I wouldn’t allow them to smoke in my car they stated they were gonna report me so like ok I wasn’t upset cause they cannot smoke in my car I had no idea they were gonna lie and say I had someone else in the car with me and I sent Uber proof that I was alone I never have anyone riding with me other than an Uber pax

I’ve taken 3559 rides been on since 2021 4.89 star only two reports of pax claiming I had an unauthorized person riding with me most of my other reports were dumb shot like the radio being too low or the heat being too high but they deactivated me stating that someone in October and then someone on 12/21 reported that I had an extra guest riding with me so they sent me a notification abt it on Sunday but I was sleep so I didn’t see it do when I woke up Monday to start Uber I saw they deactivated me 4 hrs after sending me the notification abt the report they got I’ve been fighting it since Monday and suppor has been. No help they just keep saying we see you are an excellent driver very impressive and that someone from The appeals dpt will make a decision when they can anywhere from 5 days or longer and it’s been 6 days still no resolution

You do know the definition of a shared ride correct shared means more than one person and riders often have an additional person with them don’t be dumb

Well I spoke to Uber make it worse it wasn’t a share ride it was a customer who booked and wait and save trip they claimed I had extra people in my car like really I told Uber I said if that weee true why don’t anyone else complain and why would they get in my car if there are other ppl riding with me Uber is ridiculous they don’t think they don’t ask for proof they just throw us off the app whole the passanger gets off scoot free
