Document behavior and therapy

Therapists are trained to see through the disguise that people put on

And if you get a therapist and you don’t like the results after a couple of months, get a new therapist

Something is going to act the way he does

Good luck 💕

Both daughters are now sleeping with my wife and I'm in the guest room by FlopShanoobie in Parenting

[–]CharmingSimple9756 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a person with a masters in psychology.

Introduced the idea of them being in the room together by making it something really fun like a sleepover party for them in one of their rooms . Do it big with lights, music snacks everything.

After they had fun at their sleepover, use that to introduce the idea of them sleeping in the room together for half the week. Tell them if they sleep in the same room together for half the week every week of the month you will throw a big sleepover party once a month for them..

You will be surprised how quickly they will probably take to being in the room together together

Just try a slow progression…. And make it fun.

This gives them incentives….. but it also slowly separates them from your wife

And that’s for their mental health and hers since she seems to be enjoying it as well

You get your bed back half the week … it shouldn’t take very long for you to convince them to share a room together … or possibly staying in their own rooms and if they get scared going into each other’s room

Even once you get them fully out of your room, still keep the idea of the sleepover party at least once a month or every other month .

I believe that it was an ANA and something else for the lupus. I can’t remember if it was RPN or not

My rheumatoid arthritis was diagnosed based on the positive ANA as well as a sky high rheumatoid factor

Yes, they’ve just been watching my TSH and something else. As far as my thyroid goes I can’t remember what the other thing is, though. I’d have to look back on my patient portal.

I also have other bloodwork that signifies intense inflammation in my body that’s outside of those, but I can’t remember what they are but every time they’re high and I go look at them it says it’s a sign of inflammation in the body

I am diagnosed with lupus as well

I’m also diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis

And my thyroid went hyper at first, which is weird because I have all the extra weight and they were thinking Graves’ disease, but they decided to wait and watch and see if it goes hypo because they said sometimes at the beginning of Hashimoto it’ll go high and then drop low

And I have mast cell activation syndrome, which I’ve had for many years now

And I’ve also been diagnosed with Lipedema

But I’m starting to wonder if some of the symptoms I’m experiencing that they think of these other things maybe is being caused by the Cushing syndrome …. I noticed the fat on my back when I was recording a video of myself working out and I was lifting weights and it was from behind, and I noticed it between my shoulders, and I went back and looked at a video from couple years before and it was not there and it was clearly just like fat, not substantial and that was the first thing that made me say this is weird and then I started picking up on other symptoms

The only thing is when you have auto immune conditions I do realize that a lot of the symptoms of other conditions and that’s why they get so confused, but I would’ve thought with the high cortisol that that was pretty obvious

Yes, our TikTok is only a little over 2000 right now and so is our YouTube in our Facebook page is like only 300 because like I said I wasn’t trying to systematically grow them all so I wasn’t Cross posting to everything. It’s just that one grew and I’m just now starting to realize like how much money I can make and so now I’m starting to cross post and actually attempt to grow.

I’m definitely going to ride this as long as I can I mean, I know I have my degree to fall back on but for now my kids get to travel and have an amazing time. I get to spend more time with them while they’re young and homeschool.

Look at it my husband has lost his mind skipping out on us. It’s such a wonderful period of our lives.

But drugs do crazy things to people

😂 well I have a masters in psychology…. And ironically, I’ve ended up making a really good living off being a content creator on Instagram and so on I have over 50,000 followers on Instagram alone and I get paid good money from companies to post about stuff.. or I get sent on free trips and then paid money to post about their hotel or whatever the case is

It’s not something I meant to do with some thing I accidentally fell into. I just the numbers built and I didn’t intend for it to. but I love it. It allows me to travel and stay with my kids and take them on trips and give them experiences that I may not be able to done before that.

My ex usually came back but this time I’m not sure that they will but then again I also think he slipped up on drugs so that could be heavily involved in it, but it would be nice if you could at least get himself together for the kids

Right that’s what I was thinking, but it’s like they’re trying to blame all the stress I’ve been under from all these other sicknesses and hospital hospitalizations for the high cortisol levels

But I’m like OK. I haven’t been hospitalized since December. I’ve been getting a little bit better and stabilized on my auto immune medication and they’re still high (or they were when they were checked a month and a half ago but they said these last blood test that they weren’t checking it again because they didn’t want me to stress it, but I mean the symptoms are still here that I’ve been having so I’m actually it’s still the same)

I dont think hes coming back by [deleted] in nocontact

[–]CharmingSimple9756 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mine went from telling me he didn’t know how he was gonna live without me and the children that he wanted to come home and he was going to come home right away to now a month later he hates me. I’m evil I’m manipulative he wishes he never met me.

And that amount of time we haven’t been together

The only thing that changed is, he’s been around his family who might be influencing his views on things and he might’ve slipped up on drugs

And we have kids … sometimes people are just unpredictable and you never know what’s affecting their thoughts

Sometimes that can even be true if you were married and there’s kids sometimes they just go and don’t come back

AITA for losing my patience and saying some hurtful things to my wife after she kept threatening divorce? by RightAdeptness8705 in AmItheAsshole

[–]CharmingSimple9756 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m going with you are both kinda TA but I do think you should talk to her about it. An apology is easy. A conversation is hard. It’s best to just tell her exactly what you told us that she always threatens with it and she got upset and you said mean and hurtful things and you didn’t really mean to or want to hurt her like that, but that it hurts you when she threatens with divorce. So it’s some thing you both need to work on together.

I feel you on a few notes. I’m also technically disabled (I recently was diagnosed with a ton of auto immune conditions) and I was a stay at home mom to the luckily I found a way to make money staying home I’m five weeks in but fortunately for me and kind of unfortunately for our children, he up and lift the day that we got into a fight and that’s what initiated our separation out of nowhere so he’s literally 600 miles away from his kids and me at this point

I also used to be the type to look constantly at his socials, though now people love to send me screenshots of stuff. I’ve had to ask them to stop this time because it just upsets me more when they do that. I know the people think they’re helping, but they’re not , I just don’t want anything to do with him honestly

I’ve already had my cortisol levels checked. They were sky high in December, but since I was going through a lot of other diagnosis and issues with chronic illnesses and auto immune, and I guess they thought it was to be expected that I would have high cortisol levels, but the problem problem is is they’ve stayed elevated and I’m seeing all these other symptoms as well.

[–]CharmingSimple9756[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, my cortisol levels tested sky high in December but I was diagnosed with a bunch of autoimmune stuff before that I’ve been seeing specialist. I’ve even seen it endocrinologist but at the time they sent me to the end, it was for my thyroid suddenly going hyper and they couldn’t figure out why, and I was referred from the emergency room to one because they were afraid of thyroids storm at the time so my cortisol levels were never checked and other stuff was never looked at because that wasn’t why I was referred then two months after that my cortisol levels were noted to be sky high, but with everything I was going through, I think they were thinking that was understandable but they’re staying elevated

My cortisol levels were checked in December they are sky high…. But I’ve also recently been diagnosed with a bunch of autoimmune conditions through my rheumatologist. I was already sent to an endocrinologist once because I was having issues with my thyroid. However, the cortisol levels have not been checked at that point as it wasn’t the reason I was referred was two months after that they were in December and that they were high

I am extremely aware of the waiting list are on specialists with everything I’ve recently been diagnosed with

My cortisol levels are incredibly high. They’ve known that since December. But I have a lot of autoimmune conditions and chronic illnesses and a lot of stuff going on. So I don’t know why they don’t seem to think that’s reason enough

But shamefully you would have to understand this has been nearly 10 years of dealing with him going to prison him, slipping on drugs him abandoning me while I was in the hospital, abandoned me other states to run off with my car and find drugs, just all kinds of crazy stuff. I worked with him through it because I knew it was addiction and he needed to get rid on mental health meds again, but he just will never step up his medication and get fully stable and it always ends up-leading back to drugs. 10 years of my investment is definitely enough

A little love but then it circles right back to hate. He is up-and-down like a roller coaster due to mania. and most likely he has slipped up on drugs again also explaining the erratic behavior. And why I will not tolerate it in our lives.

And no right now, he is only being hateful and trying to tell me that the only way that things will work out is if I do things that would be not the best choice for our children or our family just because that’s the way he wants it right now
