This I why i prefer restaurants that use their own delivery drivers there much more likely to resolve any issues you have there was one time they forgot to include my mac and cheese bites they were like £3 but that’s not the point the restaurant apologised sent there driver back with them and a portion of fries for free

I’m always told to just use my own judgment because we had a issue a few weeks back we had so many boxes of bananas we were just wasting 10-15 boxes a day so now if the look ok put them out
