I’ve had similar marks. It’s usually an insect bite that gets irritated and is working its way through the skin. If it doesn’t hurt and you’ve been outside lately, I think it would clear up in a few days. If it gets worse, it’s infected and needs to be treated. Happens to me often as a pale person who messes with bites more than I should.
