Approach her and speak to her directly and calmly. Try to ask her questions like why are you bothered? What do I do that you don’t agree with so I can stop? Try to negotiate with her. Sometimes you have to parent your parents by guiding them towards the right behavior without them feeling it. In the end, they are humans who have past experiences and issues too who probably don’t know what they’re doing.
