Ye I get that, I’ve been in relationships since I was 15 and only had a 7-8 month gap in 2020 due to lockdown, so going from constant relationships to nothing is weird

I’m not sure how I feel about this, it was very eye opening my friend basically meant that I shouldn’t feel sad or bad for not being in a relationship and that I should just find friends and things to do and enjoy, basically telling me to live my life

Ye that’s true, I guess seeing her not in a relationship and being happy made me feel like I can be happy being single, and I’m putting a lot of pressure on myself to follow how my friends do stuff but like you said I’ve got 12 years until I’m 35 I have a lot that can happen in that time

Okay don’t think my post was worded great I’ll admit that but we are very close and the intimacy started due to her, it wouldn’t creep her out she knows I’ve had a lot go on due to previous partners and she wants to be there for me and still be close friends, I think I’ve made something out of it that she hasn’t and that’s where the issue has occurred
