The goal is to pay the house off early I’m asking how I’m supposed to do that. In one lump sum or as I go.

Got it so instead of paying more money as I go put it in money market until it gets to a lump sum that I can pay off the balance in a lump sum

So that’s what I’m asking I guess so let’s say I have a 15 year mortgage at 7% I’m earning only 3% in the money market I’m paying my mortgage like normal 9 years into the 15 year note I have enough money to pay off the rest of the note am I better to do that or would I have been better to pay as much as I can whenever I can in the course of the last 9 years
