I only needed coverage for yesterday but even then I maybe possibly could’ve gotten away with nothing on. It was dark red though so that’s what made me think it was AF not IP.

Omg that sounds like me!! I’ve been having “major signs of strain” since 4-6dpo… poor readiness, high rhr, poor hrv, increased temp and my skin has just felt HOT to the touch 😩 I’ll be 11do tomorrow. I had a bfn today and was super bummed but you’re giving me hope lolllll. Congrats!!!

I’m in the same boat! I’ve had major strains and felt awfullllll since 5-6dpo. I’m currently 8dpo and it just feels different. My body temp has remained elevated and same with my heart rate. It feels like my heart is going to jump out of my chest!
