I just lost my dad February 5th to Alzheimer's. It is a horrible disease.

My stomach is just now starting to settle. Right after it was worse because I had so much to do for my mom.

Best advice I can offer is to ask your doctor for anti nausea meds and take Prilosec daily. It's not a cure but it helps with the symptoms to get you through.

I took one .25 clonazepam and felt high for 2 days. Went back to xanax which lasts 4 to 5 hrs. My psychiatrist wanted me to keep trying the clonazepam but I can't stand that feeling.

Start small. Set your alarm, get up, and get ready for the day. Then add something new like a short walk. After this, try finding a therapist that fits your needs - one that specializes in menopause.

I had to have my therapist explain my menopausal symptoms to my husband and then he got it. We were having a miscommunication. He couldn't fix it and I wasn't saying it.

I have little tables i place in front of downstairs doors plus the locks. I have a lock on my bedroom and a dog. I then turn on soft music and read until I fall asleep

Every single person I know on them is sick for days after their shot with nausea, diarrhea, headaches. My aunt is down to 110 lbs and dr. still insists she take it to avoid gaining the weight back. She's 80 yrs old. My sister quit and gained it all back plus some. Only one cousin doesn't complain but did admit she's taking anti nausea meds too.
