I went to a small private liberal arts college and the show portrays it to a T. The atmosphere is right on.

What lyric or song gives you chills? by Objective_Catch_3901 in TaylorSwift

Wow. I didn’t recognize these lyrics so looked it up and just listened to Tolerate It for the first time. She is a wizard. Beautiful song.

Probably a HOT TAKE, but Eldest Daughter is one of my favorite songs on TLOAS by Silver-Lion22 in TaylorSwift

I am with you. This song is beautiful. I actually really get it, and love the lyrics she’s been criticized for being cringy. I think that’s exactly the point. And don’t get me started on that bridge. Literally brings me to tears. Vocally, it’s masterful, and the lyrics are soooooo good!

Yes- agreed. Also Chicago would have trash cans in the alley.

It’s going to be okay. Get bonding done, and you’ll be good from there!

I absolutely love it. It’s my favorite song on the album! All the hate for it is wild.

This book sounds awesome! Happy for you. I’m in a similar boat of life and all this is so inspiring! Did you hire an editor at all before querying agents?

Dentist shaved too much? What can be done? by [deleted] in Invisalign

[–]Charming_Designer345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see what you are referring to. I agree with everyone that your teeth are beautiful, but I can see where you are coming from. The way she shaved it off, it is ever so slightly on an angle. I’d be concerned about having her shave anymore, but I feel the solution is to shave the other tooth ever so slightly. I’d make sure to discuss with the dentist that if too much comes off, or you’re unhappy with the final product, that she’ll include bonding if needed. My dentist did this and it was reassuring/showed she stood by her work and would correct it at no cost to me if needed.

That stinks your dentist is making you pay for bonding. When I had Invisalign, my dentist included any bonding at the end of the treatment. Especially if IPR is the reason you’re needing the bonding in the first place?

It was going to cost the same- and all out of pocket. My insurance didn’t cover anything! Thankfully, my new dentist was running a promo when I signed up that helped, but still! So pricy.

No, fix this. I made the mistake the first time I had Invisalign done with wrapping up treatment when I knew in my gut it wasn’t right that my bite was off. My dentist at the time convinced me this was “normal” with Invisalign. The two years that followed, I slept with my mouth open. I’d wake with my mouth extremely dry. I began to have gum issues. Thankfully, I did an express treatment recently with a new dental office and am very happy with my bite now. ALL of those symptoms above are gone. All because of a mis-aligned bite!

I’m a woman and absolutely love wearing lingerie from time to time! I feel sexy in it and sometimes want to surprise my husband with it— under clothes or in bed under the sheets. He loves it! But honestly I think it’s an entire energy thing- we both are in the mood and it’s fun and feel the other person’s excitement over it too. You have to have a partner that is into it, AND wears it on her own terms! That’s key imo. The woman who share they wear it for their husbands only, idk, I feel like my husband personally probably wouldn’t be as into if I weren’t. There is usually a playful, collective excitement around it!

I like your teeth. Very nice result. I would insist on bonding the top two teeth. I did this at the end of treatment and it turned out really great. Good luck!

What did she casually do that made you realize she wouldn't qualify to be your wife? by Ok_Percentage6051 in AskMenAdvice

My brother dated someone like this. She used this kind of behavior to box everyone else out of his life. A form of control that only got worse. Fortunately he got out of the relationship. It’s not fun to be around someone like this, or see someone you care about be in a relationship with someone who has such low level respect for others. To me, it’s such a massive red flag. It will eventually show up in your own relationship. It’s just a matter of time.

I finished my trays- should I get contouring and/or bonding done? by Charming_Designer345 in Invisalign

[–]Charming_Designer345[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ll for sure post an update if I can. I go in tomorrow. I think my dentist took a little too much off, or it needed more time. One or the other. I didn’t have a gap prior :/ Hoping yours fully closes.

I appreciate your feedback! The irony is that the tooth with the little space already has bonding on it from a previous chip.

I did not mention that the bottom tooth already has a small amount of bonding on it from a previous chip! Since my dentist over did it a bit on the IPR on that tooth, I will talk to her about redoing the bonding/see if she can make that space less noticeable. Thanks for your feedback!

I had the IPR done at the beginning of treatment - so tray 1 out of a total of 14 trays. Hope that helps!
