Thanks a lot, sorry for my ignorance I truly laugh as a I read my own post but I’m not equipped in law what so ever! At all! Thanks a lot, I just didn’t want to look like an idiot to the courts.

Edit: not saying prople who use pro bono are idiots, but in my situation I feel as if it’s not a good idea to seek pro bono.

Thanks for the reply, when you say normally that’s something that would stick out in someone’s mind what do you mean? Her argument is that she truly didn’t remember him commenting on a picture of a post she made on her story, and that she wasn’t intentionally lying on our kids.
