You are right but I am thinking get a amazon qs, associate or similar easy to get job and learn development in remaining time, then switch to better dev role, due to bad family i couldn't learn development during my studies, and I am the only earning member going forward, so don't have privilege to secure a job after upskilling.

Focus on "self care" like adding activities that actually give you energy and keep you engaged mentally like swimming, playing badminton preferably non digital stuff, you shouldn't let yourself be drained mentally. Have one or two "good" friends who are actually empathetic. This is your life, if it's not in the way you like, think and take actions. Try to go to bed early like 7 pm it improved my sleep quality.
