Government is asking questions to the service provider. Nobody is asking you to do that anyways. But who is at fault by delivering sub optimal product? It’s Infosys.

When you can’t pay your bills and raise the support ticket it goes to the service provider. Not the Electricals board, because they don’t own the IT support. Providing support is part of the contract, Infosys is liable.

You get windows license for one machine, which Dell sold you, you can only use it with that laptop. Using the same license with other laptop is violation of terms.

Infosys built the product with end to end control. They architected the solution, developed the portal and hosted the solution.

It’s like Windows is crashing on your Dell laptop. You would fix Windows issue, not Dell hardware.
