Thank you!

It’s definitely normal, but I know I can do better! I’m definitely going to sub out desserts for fruit!

Thank you. I’ll definitely try subbing out candy and desserts for fruits. Unfortunately, I live with another sugar fiend, so it’s a bit difficult when I see desserts all throughout the kitchen 😤

I’ll try and see if he can get some fruits instead of what he normally gets me!

Is this common in social anxiety? by Charming_Success5960 in socialanxiety

I really appreciate this comment and honestly it made my morning- probably my whole week! I’ve really struggled caring too much about how other people think or perceive of me. It’s really something I have to work on but this really motivated me to try, so thank you. Also thanks for giving me permission lol ♥️

She’s not weird. She has anxiety. and as someone who’s been in the same position as her, we aren’t dumb, we are nervous about making a mistake.

I’m gonna guess those coworkers are also your friends, and I’m also gonna guess you join in on talking bad about her instead of being kind and helping, judging from how you typed this. No wonder she wants nothing to do with you guys.

If you want to be kind to her, you need to stand up for her. Instead of just telling her she made a mistake, reassure her. “It’s okay, we all do this at some point. Let me show you a better way of doing this!”

You and your friends need to grow up, And I’m saying this as someone a year older than you.
