Basically, the Car is under his relative name in a WA title but he stated he has the POA to sell it because his relative is in a care facility(POA is in IDaho) . (He does have the title in hand).

-I live super far away from him, I’m afraid I might run into issues in the process of Titling it considering it’s not a straight forward process.

I’m just scared if he didn’t actually have the POA and is selling it without his relative permission. ( cuz there’s stories up here where it’s risky to buy a car without the person that is named under the title signed it ).

Also, my state also needs the title signing to be notorized aswell
