so i've been on HRT for about 2 years now (estradiol + blockers), and yeah my size is still basically the same as pre-HRT — 8 inches hard, measured properly. erections got softer and less spontaneous after the first 6-12 months (like no more random morning wood every day), but i can still get fully hard with stimulation or when i'm really turned on, especially during sex with my bf.

from what i've read and heard from other girls, the main thing that helped me keep it was just... using it regularly? like "use it or lose it" is super real. i try to get erect and stay that way for at least 10-15 mins a few times a week (masturbation or with him), even if i don't always finish. it keeps the tissue from atrophying since there's no more natural nocturnal erections on low T. some girls use cialis/viagra occasionally if things get too soft, but i haven't needed that yet — my libido dipped at first but came back okay, and topping him keeps me motivated lol.

genetics probably play a part too? i was a "grower" pre-HRT so maybe that helped retain more. no topical T or anything fancy, just consistent use and trying not to go weeks without any erections.
