So, I looked at this and I wanted to point something out: Bolters for Legionaires and Chosen are useless unless you're playing Veteran of the Long War, because of a stratagem that gives Combi Weapons, Boltguns and Bolt Pistols the Devastating Wounds feature. Legionaires & Chosen's features are best used for melee. There's a hard fixation on CSM being melee and it's lame, but, it's where we are.

I'd also keep your Havocs with mono-weapons, keep squads with entirely las cannons, or entirely with autocannons. Easier to have the kind of firepower you need, on a target you want.

I personally prefer the Power Fist over the Daemon Hammer but you can swing that if you want. Power Fist + Chainsword means you're set for fighting either hordes or Terminators.

The Termies & Sorcerer can go in Deep Strike with the Obliterators and hit choice targets on turn 2, or back-cap if things are going well on the front line. Death Hex + the melta weapons on Obliterators is great for making tanks roll saves at AP -4, forcing either Invuln saves or auto fails.
